At CraftNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing container.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
